A Message to Prospective Exhibitors/Vendors from Neta Harris, Festival Coordinator:

June 28, 2004

The Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival is scheduled for November 17-21, 2004. The Festival Steering Committee has again planned an exciting event that is sure to attract attendees of all ages locally, from all over Florida, the United States and several foreign countries to participate in the Festival. The Festival Steering Committee reviewed all comments by 2003 festival participants (including exhibitors, speakers and field trip leaders) and implemented many of the ideas and comments to make 2004 outstanding and memorable.

Artists, Craft persons, and Businesses specializing in Nature & Wildlife, Birding, Paddling, and Eco-tourism as well as Governmental Agencies and Organizations supporting Nature & Wildlife and the Environment are invited and urged to exhibit at the Festival. There will be an Art Competition sponsored by Dynamac International and handled by the Titusville Art League with judging and prizes and will be a separate Festival activity. (To enter the Art Competition, an additional registration and fee will be necessary.) A Silent Auction will be held during the Festival to help raise additional monies that helps pay for this event. We appreciate any donation from an Exhibitor to help us reach our funding goals.

An Opening Reception is planned for Wednesday, November 17, 2004 from 5-6pm in the Exhibit Area. A Social is planned each afternoon in the Exhibit Area from 5-6pm Thursday through Saturday. The Exhibit Area will be open from 4pm-6:30pm on Wednesday November 17 (optional set up for Exhibitors on Wednesday). The Exhibit Area will be open Thursday through Saturday from 9am to 6:30pm and Sunday from 9am to noon (Sunday is optional.)

The Festival is housed at Brevard Community College-North Campus, Titusville. All Seminars will be held there and most Field Trips will originate there. The Exhibit Area will be in the Gynatorium. Promotion and advertisements regarding the Festival and Exhibit Area run throughout the year in many Birding, Wildlife and Paddling National Publications, associated Organization Newsletters and local, state and national newspapers. Additional promotion of the Exhibit Area is prominently featured on the Festival Web Site (www.nbbd.com/fly) with a list of Exhibitors posted and regularly updated. An 'Exhibitor Board' lists company/organization and location for festival-goers to easily find you. Campus Security will be provided by BCC with additional 24-hour security within the exhibit area handled under the direction of the Festival Steering Committee. Food service will be available.

Complete the Registration Form to reserve your booth. We hope you will join us for the 2004 Festival. Please contact me at 321-268-5224 or eMail: neta@natureandspace.com.
